Did you know that birthdays are the new resolution of the year? Wether it’s on March or at the end of the year, what really matters is that you feels ready to commit to your new goals and work for it. This is going to be your year!

Read out loud these words: “I’m committed to learning, growing and being the best I can be” and now change the formula to get a new result that will change your life.

Easy steps to set your birthday resolutions

To set your birthdays goals in an easy and practical way, you can follow these steps:

  1. Reflect on the past year: Get some tea or coffee and take some time to think about what you achieved in the past year and what areas of your life you would like to improve. This will give you a good starting point for setting your goals.
  2. Identify categories: Think about the different areas of your life that are important to you, such as health, career, relationships, personal growth, and finances and go through them one at a time and brainstorm 3 goals in each category to complete your birthday lists. NO need to over-goal. (e.g: see the picture above).
  3. Set specific and measurable goals: Within each category, set specific and measurable goals that you would like to achieve by your next birthday. For example, if you choose health as a category, a specific and measurable goal could be to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Using the worksheets below would help you write down your goals.
  4. Write them down: Write down your goals and keep them in a visible place where you can see them regularly. This will help you stay motivated and focused on achieving them.
  5. Create a plan: Break down each goal into smaller, actionable steps and create a plan to achieve them. This will help you stay on track and make progress towards your goals throughout the year.
  6. Review and adjust: Regularly review your progress towards your goals and make adjustments as necessary. This will help you stay on track and make any necessary changes to your plan.
